A small RPG world built around playing together.
A native Windows multiplayer RPG prototype developed with AI assistance in Godot. Ashen Frontier explores click-to-move controls, cooperative classes and a persistent character loop through a separate authoritative server and local clients. My work covers gameplay requirements, interface iteration, visual direction and hands-on testing.

Classes and cooperative play
Warrior, Mage and Healer have distinct skills and equipment. Party management, player targeting, healing and buffs support cooperative play. Combat cooldowns, skill availability and equipment requirements are enforced by the server.
Combat and character feedback
Monsters turn toward an attacker and prepare a visible swing before damage lands. Moving out of reach or stunning a monster can interrupt the hit. Active effects display icons, durations and tooltips; the action bar can be customized per profile.
World and equipment
A stylized forest includes procedural terrain, layered trees, shadows, fog and a lit camp. Articulated character and creature models use original geometry. Weapons, shields, robes and staves follow the actual equipped items and move with walking, attacks and casting.
Development scope
The native client and separate server currently run locally, including tests with multiple clients. This is an evolving prototype, with no public server or packaged game release available. Screenshots show implemented visuals and systems rather than a finished commercial game.
