From an idea to a finished vertical video.
Reel Studio is my AI-assisted personal video tool, developed after exploring the workflow of Faceless Reels. It brings story planning, scene editing, visual choices and export into a local workspace. It runs on Windows and processes projects on the computer.

Build and revise a story
Edit, add, remove and reorder up to twelve scenes. Upload JPG or PNG images, choose a visual style, and preview each vertical frame before exporting. Projects can be saved, reopened and backed up as JSON.
Local video pipeline
FFmpeg assembles 720 × 1280 H.264/AAC MP4 videos at 24 fps with embedded subtitles. Installed Windows voices provide English narration. Bulgarian text and subtitles are supported without a local Bulgarian narrator. Export jobs and finished videos have their own library.
Optional local AI
An existing Ollama model can draft a script through the local service. The application does not download models automatically. Its built-in sample is editorial text, and title cards are generated graphics rather than AI images.
My contribution and current scope
I defined the workflow, iterated on the interface and tested actual MP4 exports and project reopening. AI image generation, background music, scheduling and social publishing are future work. This is a local prototype; a public hosted demo is not available.
